After some months of silence ...... you again .... Like all
already 'know, the ADSL Cuttack has arrived.
Telecom has delivered over ADSL 'or less on time with
agreement with the City and after several tests had established the first users.
With great joy of some of our fellow citizen, the public volentierissimo
first tests .... pair up with their results and documented speedtest
traits we use to have comparable data.
Our dear Dario "Vespa", sends us this first test:
We are "very close" to 7 mega ......
Now we wait for the monthly testing that we have asked for verification after
more connections. Remember 6 pm July 22 ......
Now the question we all ask me and you and ':
WITH WHICH COMPANIES' DO ADSL ?????

OPEN LETTER TO THE MINISTER OF Foreign Affairs Franco Frattini
Minister,
leads me to turn to you the awareness of the seriousness of the current historical moment, characterized by heightened major conflicts, which require for their damping, strengthening the instruments of dialogue, discussion and cooperation among peoples.
The Communist Party of the PRC is therefore deeply concerned about the policy of development cooperation and the steps taken by the Government and in particular by the department headed by you.
The drastic reduction in resources for ODA by the Finance Act 2009 removes us from the attainment of hopelessly Millennium Goals, which the past governments, both center-left and center-right, had solemnly engaged in the field International. With 0.09% of GDP in Italy is among the last among donor countries and distant from the 0.51% that should be achieved within the next year and the 0.70% target set for 2015.
Other measures taken by the Government have shown that financial resources Much more has been found, when it came to support the financial speculation and the preparation of the next G8 Pharaonic. All this seems in stark contradiction to the repeated public statements by Sue and other senior members of the Executive, about the current government is giving priority to the fight against hunger and poverty, the MDGs, food security, Africa .
We welcomed the establishment by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the guidelines and addresses of three-year program of Italian development cooperation, but even there, along with a total of shared elements, such as the identification of priorities sectoral and geographical, there are aspects that create anxiety and we can not really share.
For example, we believe that private sector involvement in the activities of development cooperation can not serve as a surrogate to the scarcity of public resources and in any case should not be aimed at the internationalization of Italian companies already achieved goal with other resources and tools.
We believe that reform of the cooperation can not be separated: the institution of an agency that has full autonomy in the management of precise planning policy guidance since the end of the practice of aid "tied" by the institution an independent body monitoring the effectiveness of projects by country ownership (institutions and civil society) in their definition, the revision of the criteria for the operation of international agencies of cooperation, the promotion, along with NGOs, the role of voluntary voluntary and migrants.
also attach great importance to the autonomous initiative of regional and local authorities, while in the protection of the essential need for coordination, because we believe that they are best placed to ensure the necessary flow of ideas and resources from civil society.
We hope therefore that there are interposed obstacles to the unfolding of this initiative and is preparing a framework in its favor.
